How to Check-in:

1. Check-in is simple! Please call us when you arrive on the Outer Banks at (252) 480-3074 and leave a voicemail message that you have arrived safely. Make sure to include:

  • Your name.
  • The date of your session.
  • The time of your session. (Include AM or PM)
  • The street address of your session along with the town. You may also need to just let us know the location name such as Coquina Beach.
  • The best phone number(s) to reach you during your vacation on the Outer Banks. This includes cell phones and the rental house phone number if possible.

2. If you are adding additional people, also include information in the message so we can adjust your final balance.

3. If your location is not suitable, please call us immediately and leave a voicemail with your desired Outer Banks address or email us at realobxproductions@gmail.com. If you don’t have a backup location in your area, we will likely be able to suggest one.

4. We will call you a couple of hours before your session if weather becomes a problem or we will call you ASAP if there is any major weather issues. If you are having bad weather in your area please call us at 252-480-3074. (Sometimes when it clear and beautiful in Nags Head it can be raining and windy in Corolla.)

5. Please be prepared to pay your final balance after the session. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Credit card on file, if this was prearranged.
  • We can send you an online invoice as long as you can pay it within 24 hours.

6. Don’t forget to ask about our special offers on additional prints and photo products after your session.
